I had a lovely stay with my daughter, enjoying the all-inclusive package with a nice junior suite that offered an ocean view, and the beach was just steps away, making it easy to take evening strolls along the shore.

My family had a wonderful stay at Emporio Cancun! The deluxe double room with a sea view was stunning, offering breathtaking views from the balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially at the pool and restaurants. We loved the diverse breakfast buffet that included both traditional Mexican dishes and classic American options. The kids' pool and adult pool setups were perfect for our family too.
The nearest bus stop requires a bit of an uphill walk back to the hotel.

An impressive location with stunning views over the blue waters. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, featuring amenities like a coffee machine and daily bottled water. However, the cancellation of my reservation was a frustrating experience, exacerbated by unhelpful staff. Additionally, the dining options were limited, which was disappointing compared to the expectations set by the memorable fried fish that was served.

The food options varied greatly. The beach was stunning and well-maintained. it’s a beautiful location but not without its challenges.

It was just a balanced option for a short stint in Cancun with outstanding value. One staff member, Manny, even went out of his way to bring me a special drink he promised after I asked for it. Just make sure to try and reserve dining spots early in the morning.

Great for families on a budget
The resort has a massive layout with tons of pools, which kept my kids entertained all day. Also, the staff were really friendly. a bartender even suggested a local drink that turned out to be the highlight of my stay, you know, the kind of service you appreciate.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the price, I guess it was still reasonable.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like beach access, a fitness center, and a wonderful outdoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a local food delivery number, which I remember fondly. Pedro was an amazing poolside waiter, making every moment fun. I’ll be back for another great year.

Food’s overpriced and odd. sort out the payment process, it’s a hassle! 😒

missingWrote a review on May 18ocean viewbeach accessspacious suitelimited dining
Nice beach setting with plenty of sunbeds available, so you won't have to fight for a spot. The junior suite offers a full kitchen and great ocean views, putting you right next to the water.
The dining options here leave much to be desired, from stale breakfast bread to repetitive menu items. Navigating the property can be a real workout, especially with pools and restaurants spread across multiple elevations. Plus, some amenities are a letdown—getting a drink can take forever, and there’s a lack of indoor bars or coffee outside breakfast hours. Environmentally, the concrete landscape could use more trees or greenery for a more pleasant atmosphere.
